Saad Admani is the founder of Admani Law LLC, where he represents businesses in a broad range of legal matters. Saad is committed to providing practical, business-focused counsel tailored to his clients’ legal and operational needs. He serves as President of the New Jersey Muslim Lawyers Association and as a Trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Saad maintains an active real estate practice, representing clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and management of residential and commercial properties. 

Saad also has substantial experience representing independent pharmacy owners and other healthcare businesses. He advises pharmacy clients on acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, contracts, business transactions, regulatory and operational matters, and disputes arising in the course of their businesses. Through his work with independent pharmacies, Saad understands the unique legal and business challenges facing pharmacy owners and provides counsel with both the legal and practical considerations of operating a pharmacy in mind.

Saad’s state and local tax practice includes representing property owners in property tax appeals and advising businesses and individuals regarding state tax liabilities, audits, and other tax matters. Saad is a New Jersey Certified Tax Assessor qualified in property tax administration and real property valuation. Before entering private practice, Saad served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joan Bedrin Murray of the Tax Court of New Jersey.

In addition to his business, real estate, pharmacy, and tax practices, Saad serves as outside counsel to numerous nonprofit organizations and Islamic centers. He advises nonprofit clients on transactional and litigation matters.
