On May 13, 2026, Saad Admani, Esq., of Admani Law, will be a featured speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA)’s Annual Meeting in Atlantic City, New Jersey, taking place from May 13-15, 2026.

Mr. Saad Admani will serve as a panelist for the program “Why Can’t We All Get Along? Building Thriving Multigenerational Workforces and Avoiding Employment Lawsuits” on May 13, 2026.

A key focus will be on bridging differences to enhance collaboration, respect, efficiency, and productivity in cross-generational teams. Attendees will also gain insight into avoiding age-based assumptions, unconscious bias, and stereotyping to mitigate risks of age discrimination and harassment claims, while promoting a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
